The President of Iran is a Douche; Durban II is a failure

For those who said that Durban II wouldn't follow the abysmal record of its predecessor, how would you like your crow?

I think this'll be the first time I've ever seen you use the word 'douche'.

I love how he said 'thank you' after all the clapping. Did you think it was for you?

Russel,

I definitely save it for special occasions. I thought that this was one of them.

Christina and Paul,

From what I understand it was mianly EU delegations who walked out of the speech. There were some who remained who actually were applauding the remarks made by President Ahma'douche'jad. How wonderful for an anti-racist conference to get things started with racism. Well played, Iran. Gold stars for everyone!

Unfortunantly, racism is alive and well, even running rampant admist the conference against it. Oh the irony! Yet another example of the UN's efficency.
If we start handing out gold stars, will they be the Star of David?
